I encourage you to create a calm and quiet area, to sit or lay, away from any disturbances, to allow yourself to be fully immersed in this experience.
I will play music during this session.
We will spend a couple of minutes journaling and connecting at the end. If you have never done this before, bringing our words to life, following whatever you experience during meditation and reiki, can feel peaceful and may guide you to continue to shift through whatever is coming through for you.

This is an online opportunity to experience an Instinctual Meditation and Reiki session with Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master, Cari Beyerstedt. Group setting is however you choose, camera on or off. You will be guided through a short meditation, which allows you to enter into a receptive state to receive the healing energy medicine of Holy Fire Reiki. No experience necessary! Anyone is welcome! I ask that you come with an open mind and heart, and a willingness to activate the self-healer within!
